ABOUT TANJA EHRKE

I work with individuals, leaders, and teams who feel stuck - or sense that something wants to shift, even if it’s not yet fully clear what that is.My work is grounded in trust, presence, and honest conversation. I create spaces where people can slow down, make sense of complexity, and reconnect with what truly matters to them. I’m particularly drawn to moments of transition, uncertainty, and change - when clear answers aren’t obvious, but movement is possible.I support personal growth and professional clarity through 1:1 coaching, and I work with teams in development journeys and workshops that strengthen reflection, collaboration, and trust. Rather than applying fixed solutions, I adapt my approach to the people and the situation in front of me.My perspective is informed by many years of experience working at the intersection of people, leadership, and organizational contexts.
