Responsibility & SME for the Group’s front office systems (Spinner (ATS), Profile RPM, Bullhorn CRM, Access RCRM)• Acting as 3rd line support for the IS Helpdesk for Front-end application escalations whilst mentoring and upskilling Support Analysts where required• Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. considering potential risks or dependencies to the project.• Evaluate the current product backlog and ensure business, tech & customer needs are being understood & prioritise and refine product backlog times• Supporting and contributing towards the development, testing and functional analysis of our front office system(s) with software testing and prioritize incidents for resolution.• Preparing and updating training material using Articulate 360, Webinars or face-to-face / online trainings.• Analysing and recommending systems and business process improvements & enhancements through analysis of tickets and direct user feedback and understanding of the business needs.• Create, maintain and manage implementation project plans • Manage client and stakeholder expectations throughout the product lifecycle • To develop and maintain strong and effective relationships with stakeholders within the business units to gain a firm understanding of the organisation and its cross-functional links, business processes, dependencies, and regulatory landscape.• Document the \'\'as-is’ and \'\'to be’ business processes as required• Elicit, review, define, manage, and document business requirements and work flows• Acted as Project Manager in group projects, delegating tasks and providing feedback.• Supporting and upgrading / installing our telephony solutions including physical & virtual solutions for both landline & mobile services.• Providing multiple departments\' Internets sites up-to-date• Contributing towards ad-hoc IT projects as they arise
