I am a software engineer with a passion for creating innovative and user-friendly web applications using cutting-edge technologies. I have a master\'s degree in computer science from the University of Florida, where I gained a solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.Currently, I work as a software engineer at UF Information Technology (UFIT), where I contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of various REST APIs using Java, J2EE, and Spring technologies. I also introduced new API endpoints in the Learning Management System (LMS) for facilitating seamless submission creation and update via IBM Integration Bus (IIB) integration. Additionally, I ensured high availability of applications by setting up Kubernetes pods with auto-scaling, resulting in a 25% improvement in system responsiveness during peak traffic.Previously, I worked as a software development engineer intern at Amazon, where I automated the process of re-driving stuck regulatory reports from the SQS-DLQ, saving 500+ hours of the on-call engineers. I also developed a full-CD pipeline for operational tools using AWS CDK, Lambda, and API Gateway, and designed a frontend UI in React using the Redux pattern.
