ABOUT TANISHQ MATHUR

Aspiring occupational and organizational psychologist at the University of Sussex.I bring expertise in the field of psychology and now in management after being a student of both the disciplines with relevant field skills like critical thinking, effective communication, emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, leadership skills, analytical thinking and time management with being adaptable and flexible in my approaches. These abilities have helped me become capable of understanding human behaviour, leading teams effectively, and fostering positive environments conducive to personal and organizational growth.Previously, my academic journey at Zakir husain Delhi college, University of Delhi, provided a strong academic foundation and fostered critical thinking, data analysis and literature review skills. Moreover, I did a dissertation project on sports injury in my bachelor\'s which helped gain problem-solving abilities with ethical understanding in the research involving human participations which is conducted with the help of various research methodologies that helped me design my project to gather data and analyze results. Nonetheless, I learned the value of team work, discipline and leadership through active engagement in sports. As a football enthusiast and a team motivator, I came across numerous pivotal factors like consistency and hard work, which made me quite focused on any task. I am committed to volunteering for mental health programmes and organizations which will not only help me in my personal growth and leverage my skills but can lead to an end to the stigma associated with mental health issues and other issues related to it. On the other hand, it can help build a conducive environment in the workplace which fosters the growth of an individual in association with the organization.
