Employee Engagement • As an Engagement for 300 employees, responsible for handling various initiatives to help increase employee engagement.• Maintain and enhance employee engagement by driving and implementing regular structured connects at various time-to-time theme based activities, while keeping in line with the budget.• Responsible for sharing a detailed analysis on the various employees connects with the business – this includes keeping a track on all the discussion points, unresolved issues, proposed resolution and closure.• Prepare & organize HR Roadmap/calendar for the various engagement programs. Retention Management • Working closely with Business leads to identify attrition bleeding areas and proposing retention strategies.• Publish MIS on Attrition warning & control system. Also maintaining retention tracker for frequent analysis. HRIS – Creating & publishing various HR MIS across the business. E.g, Employee engagement initiative insights, Attrition Report, Resignation tracker, HR scorecard, People Connect database, Employee survey analysis, Attrition Warning & Control System etcEmployee Grievances-Ensuring that issues are resolved to the satisfaction of relevant internal stakeholders and also all transaction issues in the functions are addressed and taken to closure at the earliest.Talent acquisition• Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements.(Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc). • Work with Sourcing team to develop appropriate sourcing strategies for each role. • Educate client on the recruiting process and the roles involved in the process. • Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates. • Solicit and document hiring manager and candidate feedback throughout the interview process. Disposition all candidates personally contacted in recruiting cycle (phone screen or higher manager interview).
