Hi there! I currently work at Jefferies as an Analyst in the Global Fixed Income Business Management team and I earned my CFA Charter in the year 2023. I am a driven and purposeful individual who has an eye for detail and a vision to excel in the spectrum of finance. I love being a collaborative team player with ownership mentality and I don’t fail to maintain consistency in delivering quality assistance to propel business growth. I am a fan of Clear Communication, Integrity and Commitment. In general, I am a fun-loving personality with a stoic mindset (constant learner of life and experiences). I am passionate about meeting new people and coming across different perspectives. I like to read, write, travel and something that gets me out of the bed early morning is a good gym session to kick start my day.

   As an Analyst in the Global Fixed Income Business Management team at Jefferies, I have had the opportunity to work on a range of challenging projects. One of my notable achievements includes successfully managing the transition of research management processes from London to the Mumbai office. I am responsible to develop and maintain strong relationships with research clients, assist in legal agreements and fee negotiations. Additionally, I collaborate with various teams within Jefferies, including Fixed Income Research Analysts, Sales-Traders and Legal & Compliance, to ensure proper and timely research distribution and adhere to MiFID II FCA guidelines in the EU region respectively. In my current role, I also serve as a Data Analysis/Reporting specialist, where I am involved in leading Business Intelligence (BI) reporting and dashboard analytic projects. I’m challenged to leverage the data and provide insights to senior management which has been instrumental in driving business decisions. Additionally, I have been involved in CLO business modelling and reporting, where I support senior business managers in structuring deals and selling CLO tranches to investors. I also support the Jefferies risk management team in building credit risk models for monitoring client\'s credit risk and trading limits, which has made a significant contribution to the company\'s risk management efforts. I have worked on an internal Risk Analysis project where I assisted senior managers in performing trading desk risk analysis to analyse the contribution of various desks/products to overall Jefferies Fixed Income division risk. This project involved using various risk measures like VaR, Stress Loss, and Regulatory Capital to perform the risk analysis.
