For me, HR isn’t just about processes—it’s about understanding people, building connections, and creating environments where both individuals and teams can thrive.During my undergraduate journey, I found myself naturally drawn to roles that involved collaboration and leadership. I discovered a passion for communication, planning, and creating shared experiences that bring people together.This phase of my life is all about learning, evolving, and preparing myself to contribute meaningfully in the professional world.
