I’m an Acting Project Manager with a fast-growing career across AI operations, team leadership, and service delivery. I began as an AI Prompt Engineer and quickly transitioned into Ops Excellence, where I led 12 Team Leads and supported 230+ employees across high-volume service operations.In Ops Excellence, I built Power BI dashboards for performance visibility, reduced churn through targeted analysis, and improved workforce stability by creating strategic hiring + retention frameworks. I also developed forecasting models for attendance, executed competition analysis, and implemented performance-tracking systems that helped save more employees than expected while significantly improving operational efficiency.Now, as an Acting Project Manager, I’m responsible for managing deadlines, driving deliverables, coordinating cross-functional teams, and improving process efficiency in a fast-paced environment. My strength lies in combining data-driven decision-making with hands-on leadership—helping teams operate with clarity, consistency, and measurable outcomes.I bring strong experience in stakeholder communication, project coordination, service delivery, performance analytics, and scaling processes.
