I run Bellwether Windows, Siding and Doors with my husband. Business operations covers most aspects of the business, including managing the marketing, financial initiatives, supporting the sales and production departments. In my role I develop and manage critical processes for the business operations. I love empowering my team to independently solve issues as they arise. I am working to foster an environment that encourages transparency, creativity, and teamwork as we try new processes with the ultimate goal to make Bellwether an amazing company to work for and to represent to homeowners. At the end of the day I do all this to offer excellent customer service to our homeowners. Also, I am the one who is updating Bellwether\'s website and social media!
