About Tanisha Crump
I am very passionate about the well being of others. I have a strong interest in equality, equal opportunities, and civil/women\'s rights. I feel that first impressions are crucial and a smile is a great conversation starter. I am a 30 year old student who was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri and currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona. For a 6 year period in between, I lived in Manhattan, Kansas, where I graduated from Kansas State University with my Bachelors of Science in Mathematics with minors in General Business Administration and Gender, Women, & Sexuality Studies (May 2018.) I focused my math classes on Actuarial Science and Statistics. I also enjoy to play music in my spare time, oboe and alto-sax. Which, I\'m guessing, is why the math goes hand-in-hand with my love for music and being in the Marching Band & Cat Band at K-State. I just recently graduated with my Masters of Education in Learning Design and Technologies and Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design and Performance Improvement in 2023. I am currently attending the University of Missouri-Columbia to pursue my Master of Science in Finance. I am very passionate about math and finances. My passion grew from my own hardships with finances where I realized our communities lacked alot of financial literacy. My dream is to open my own financial consulting firm helping families and individuals with their own finances. I have obtained my Life and my Accident and Health/Sickness Insurance Exams in Arizona. I have also obtained the FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses. Feel free to reach out to me with opportunities or just to chat as I am new to the Arizona area and have a lot to learn!
