ABOUT TANISHA MEHTA

The joy of giving is greater than anything else known to me. Especially when it comes to sharing of knowledge and helping someone achieve their highest potential. With 8 years of communication and branding experience, I joined AV Global (a complete international and domestic logistic solution provider) as a Business Planner/ CSR Head in April 2018. As a Business Planner I help design strategies and processes that optimise our business output through efficient utilisation of our resources - HR, IT, infrastructural etc. The key projects handled by me include - Complete automation of our HR processes that makes our HR tools more transparent and accessible to our greatest resource - our employees. Introduction of various operational tools that have drastically reduced our organisation’s carbon footprint and further ensured secure management of high volume data transacted between AVG, various government agencies and our clients. Understand and work around tailor made solutions for some of our key clients to enhance the value we bring to their business. Developing business strategies for all round business and organisation growth.Our pilot CSR initiative - Aatmanirbhar, was launched in 2018. It is a Skilling initiative that enables the lesser privileged youth to qualify for better job roles by providing free of cost technical and soft skills training. Our model training centre is located in Madangir Village, New Delhi. The courses are as per industry standards thus it gives our students the right exposure to explore their complete potential before they face the cut throat competition in the corporate world. We are NSDC approved Training Partners and work closely with various sector skill councils. In 3 years we have trained close to 900 candidates with approx. 60% of them placed till date.While the business planner role helps me achieve my professional goals and aspirations, the CSR role is food for my soul and is highly fulfilling. Managing both these responsibilities together provides the perfect balance for me.
