I work in the APMEA Insights Task Team, where I contribute to a variety of client projects across regions such as India, Thailand, Singapore, Australia, the Philippines, and the Middle East. These projects cater to high-profile clients like PepsiCo, Mondelēz, and Magnum, offering me exposure to diverse markets and business objectives. My core responsibilities involve supporting senior analysts and managers in executing key tasks—such as preparing structured databases, reports, and summary documents that are used in analysis and client deliverables. I ensure all work aligns with project requirements, timelines, and NielsenIQ’s quality standards. Data accuracy and timely delivery are top priorities, and I consistently adhere to performance KPIs to maintain those benchmarks. Collaboration is a key part of my role. I work closely with BASES Client Service teams to execute assigned tasks efficiently, often coordinating across time zones and market. Additionally, I take on an internal team responsibility of maintaining and organizing feedback trackers for all associate-level projects. This helps the team track performance, encourages accountability, and supports a culture of continuous improvement.
