ABOUT TANISHA JADHAV

Driven by the vision of becoming an Industrial Relations (IR) leader in the manufacturing sector, I’m currently pursuing my PGDM in Human Resources (2024–2026) with a strong foundation in Talent Acquisition and a growing specialization in labour relations. During my internship, I gained experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder coordination, and candidate engagement, which sharpened my people skills, taught me business alignment, and deepened my understanding of organizational dynamics. Now, I’m pivoting toward core IR, with a focus on labour law compliance, union negotiations, grievance redressal, and factory-level HR operations. My long-term goal? To become a Head of IR/CHRO in a leading manufacturing company—driving strategy through people, culture, and industrial harmony.
