About Tanisha Gupta
I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (Honours with Research) in Psychology from Amity University, with a strong academic interest in clinical psychology and evidence-based therapeutic interventions. As part of my training, I have completed certification in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Therapy, enhancing my understanding of mindfulness practices in stress and emotional regulation.My professional experience includes clinical internships at Moolchand Hospital, where I gained exposure to hospital-based mental health services, and Apex Psychological Solutions, a private clinical setting focused on psychological assessment and therapeutic interventions. Additionally, I have contributed to community mental health initiatives through my engagement with Umeed NGO, supporting awareness and outreach programs for underrepresented groups.Apart from academics, I have also been actively involved in the performing arts. I have been a dedicated member of my university’s official dance society for the past four years, where I continue to participate in performances and competitions. This creative pursuit has significantly contributed to my interpersonal skills, emotional awareness, and holistic understanding of human expression and well-being.
