   Built supervised machine learning classification models (Logistic Regression and SVM) to identify brain tumors in MRI images using a Kaggle dataset.• Achieved 98.5% accuracy with Logistic Regression and 98.19% recall with SVM by applying k-fold cross-validation to reduce overfitting.• Preprocessed data using feature scaling and addressed class imbalance with SMOTE, ensuring robust performance.• Conducted model evaluation and optimized hyperparameters for better predictive accuracy.• Collaborated with peers to design and present the project, bridging concepts in AI, healthcare, and computer vision.
