ABOUT TANISHA DAGA

At heart, I’m curious about people—why we think, feel, and act the way we do. That curiosity has guided my journey as a Psychology major at IPCW, University of Delhi, and as Co-Founder of Noetic. What excites me most is exploring the intersection of behavioural science and human-centred design, translating research about human thought and behaviour into meaningful, real-world impact. For me, psychology has never been just theory. Through projects, academic work, and building communities, I’ve worked to bring ideas off the page and into practice, shaping conversations, initiatives, and spaces that spark curiosity, connection, and applied learning. I’m especially drawn to research that blends psychology with social well-being, design, and public policy, because it allows knowledge to extend beyond theory and create real impact.Along this journey, I’ve strengthened my skills in research, communication, and design, learning to balance analytical rigour with a creative, human-centred lens. More than anything, I’ve learned to lead with curiosity, to keep asking better questions, and to use what I know to bring people together.Looking ahead, I want to deepen my research in behavioural science and explore its applications in public policy, well-being, and design. I’m always open to collaborations, knowledge-sharing, or even just a good conversation with people who care about shaping meaningful human impact through psychology.
