ABOUT TANISHA BANSAL

Hello, my name is Tanisha Bansal, and I am a pre final year undergraduate student at IGDTUW in Delhi, studying a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science - Artificial Intelligence. I\'m a technology enthusiast and a quick learner. I\'ve worked as a #IAmRemarkable Platinum facilitator, taken multiple workshops, and helped many women and people from various areas. I am also a Mentor at Women Tech Network and AnitaB, where I have helped many women in STEM with mentorship and other contributions, both technical and non-technical. I have a strong interest in Web Development and Problem Solving. I also have good Creativity and Communication skills. In my communities, I am an active Diversity and Inclusion Promoter. Driven by my passion for fostering Diversity and Inclusion, I envision myself in a role where I can lead strategic initiatives aimed at creating inclusive environments within organizations. My goal is to contribute to organisations and companies that celebrate diversity and belonging. I aspire to be a thought leader, a Software Engineer and an advocate for inclusive practices, influencing positive change on a broader scale.
