   I began my career in the hospitality industry as a STEP Associate with The Oberoi Group at Trident, Agra—one of the finest brands in the industry. During my first year : I was trained in the Front Office department, gaining hands-on experience in reservations, operations, and night audit. This exposure, along with the transition from Opera V5 to Opera Cloud, significantly enhanced my ability to adapt technology, improve communication skills and guest handling abilities.In my second year : I moved to the Food & Beverage department, where I learned both service techniques and beverage preparation, while also becoming proficient in MICROS. I also had the opportunity to work in Housekeeping, which provided valuable insights into room operations and attention to detail.I concluded my second year with a role in Sales, where I deepened my understanding of hotel products, client interactions, and the importance of effective negotiation.
