About Tanish Patel
I am a Fourth-year student of B.A, LL.B.(Hons.) at NLU Bhopal with hands‐on experience in Disputes, Taxation, Company law and the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code during my internships at Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan, HSA Advocates, Info Edge India Ltd. and Insolvency Professionals LLP (Delhi). My journey through the courtroom at the High Court in Indore broadened my perspective on criminal and constitutional law, strengthening my interest in litigation and alternate dispute resolution as well. I’m also passionate about intellectual property rights and the evolving interplay between corporate restructuring and litigation. I have represented my university in moot court competitions, including the quarter-finals of the S.P. Sathe-18th International Moot and earning an Honorable Mention at an international corporate law conference. Additionally I am going to represent my University in the upcoming 30th Annual Stetson International Environmental Moot Court.
