I am an Account Executive at Commercial Loan Corporation; a professional private money lender specializing in loans to trusts and estates. I help clients obtain loans to trusts and estates, allowing them to retain their parent’s low property tax base on an inherited home and take advantage of proposition 58. My role at the company is to build and maintain relationships with Estate Planning Attorneys and assist them and help their clients obtain the liquidity for an equal distribution to all siblings and keep the property tax rate (Proposition 13) paid by their parents.
