Manage the full-cycle recruiting process through our applicant tracking system (ATS) from initial discussions with hiring managers to creating workflows, posting, advertising, screening, interviewing, closing, and facilitating offers through our human resources information system (HRIS) database. • Schedule and attend phone screenings and on-site interviews with candidates. • Create, document and facilitate internal processes to streamline the hiring process to help decrease the time to hire • Work with outside resources to market and campaign for positions, while ensuring any assessments are job-related only. • Maintain and cultivate a high level of responsiveness to internal and external candidates. • Proactively recruit for open positions and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for quick growth and scaling. • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand their positions and needs • Standardize and update Talent Acquisition department documents such as job descriptions and interview guides. • Partner with local resources such as staffing agencies when needed to fill applicable positions.
