Quantitative Geophysics Lead on projects in different life cycles (Business Development, exploration and field development) from different basins across the globe in Technology excellence center, Houston. Primary job function involves :+ Evaluating and advising on latest technology in upstream energy involving Data Analytics and AI - ML applications + Presentation to VP and C-suite levels both internally and externally + Expert in upstream energy interpretation workflow involving use of Cloud platform and latest quantitative digital tools + Mentoring and developing talents + Business development in North America unconventional and deep-water assets and liaising with upstream energy partners + Vendor management, contract negotiation for software sales and support Following are a few examples of global basins worked: 1. Business development opportunities : Mexico (GOM) and Suriname 2. International Exploration: Bangladesh, Colombia (both onshore and offshore), Brazil (Campos basin), Russia, Myanmar, Middle East (Iraq and Israel), Namibia 3. Reservoir Characterization and Field Development: Rock Physics and Seismic Inversion studies in Russia, Mexico-GOM, Myanmar, Vietnam, Colombia, Brazil
