As the Senior Manager, Program Manager I contribute to the overall success of the People Team to ensure specific goals, plans and initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the People Team’s strategies and objectives. My primary focus is supporting programming to develop culturally competent and relevant equitable programs, initiatives, practices, and policies that resonate with the diverse communities and employees we serve.In this position I also have the pleasure of providing advice and counsel to department heads, managers and employees on implementing, supporting and advancing programs and initiatives. While representing the People department in key forums, meetings and events including external partner events.Partnering across the organization to develop opportunities for collaboration that could positively impact culture and advance key initiatives and programs has always been important and remains the same in this position as a Senior Manager, Program Management.
