About Tanijah Kynard

I found out early during my adolescence that I have a passion for people! This was very easy to realize as a child I wanted everyone to feel involved and if there was a problem I always assist in finding a solution. Now fast forward to my career I am doing just that! I tailor my teachings and educate every person on my team to have the confidence to do their job well. I love to tackle customer problems with creative solutions. I believe people are the cause and effect to every project. And in the center of every business are the people, employees and customers. My focus is to build amazing teams, deliver key outcomes, and be a change agent in every organization I\'m apart of. During my years of experience in the field of project management I have been blessed to be apart of so many different industries. My initial years were in mental health, then banking and now the health insurance industry. With the combination of 5 yrs of experience I have learned to be adaptable to change, coachable to grow, and willing to learn.
