About Tania McCormack

With a background in design, my goal as a product and design professional is to bring experiences that are efficient, helpful, and positive to our customers. I do this by working closely with both product and development teams to keep the balance between delivery and strategy. I also strongly believe in customer research and analytics to assist in not only decision making, but creativity as well. I have managed cross global teams, a team of a few, and even been a one person show. At all levels I see the need for seeing the larger picture: what are the current company goals and what is the number one problem we solve for our customers? How does the work of myself and my team align to those two things?Aligning teams and solutions to those 2 questions is the core of success. It is that simple.
