Here at LGBT Foundation, we position ourselves to support and uplift the voices and experiences of marginalised communities. We celebrate and empower our diverse communities to realise their full potential, every day. Our services and activities are a lifeline for those in need. Within my role as People Advisor, I champion and nurture our staff, sessionals and volunteers to bring their best selves to work through strategic project work like the implementation of a workload monitoring system and policy review pipeline as well as day to day support through coaching and managing the disciplinary/grievance processes.🦋 My personal approach to people management is empathic and uplifting as I believe creating a workplace where employees can thrive is as important as putting the interests and values of the company first, as they go hand in hand.🪩 If you\'re interested in building a workplace culture that is actively anti-discrimination, champions neurodiversity and is based on a call-in culture, I would love to connect!
