About Tania Bhattacharya

For 15 years, I have crafted, honed and presented a huge variety of content across different platforms as a journalist, storyteller and screenwriter. From The Telegraph and Gulf News, to forging my path as an independent writer and consultant for online publications, multinational companies and Indian film producers, I have developed a unique expertise in content development, writing, editing and publishing. I have also edited numerous books for Bloomsbury India. As a features writer, I specialise in people profiles, and writing about art, culture, cinema, literature, food and human interest issues. I continue to write stories for various publications on these subjects. I also develop film and OTT content; notable works include telefilm Copy (2018), short film Naked (2017), and the feature film Bob Biswas (2021). In the corporate domain, I specialise in developing brand-focused content for internal and external communications. During my consulting stint at Dr. Reddy\'s Laboratories, I developed the company\'s content domain, building up a vast story repertoire highlighting people, diversity & inclusion, best practices, trends and successes. These also included developing content for the management in the form of speeches, letters, books and social media posts, as well as leading video production for various initiatives. Currently, I work in the startup space at MobiCrew, a comprehensive mobility solutions provider for people with limited mobility. The aim is to channelise my skills and experience to change people\'s lives, build social inclusivity and push for greater accessibility in India every day.
