Life doesn’t always follow a straight line—and I wouldn’t want it to.I started with a degree in physics, drawn to how things work. Then I found myself running large scientific conferences, where I learned how people work—how to manage complexity, communicate clearly, and deliver under pressure. That mix of structure and people-centered problem solving has shaped how I lead today. Today, I lead global delivery for Korn Ferry’s Digital Sales & Service solutions. I work across product, commercial, client success, and delivery teams to make sure we deliver our solutions clearly, consistently, and with impact.
