I lead cross-functional delivery and team systems in product organisations, structuring workflows, defining ownership, and establishing delivery rhythms so work has clear scope, decision paths, and accountability.My background combines UX/UI engineering and digital product development with experience in team leadership, hiring, and process design, as well as work in adult education and coaching.I have worked within international distributed teams of 4-12 contributors, taking ownership of coordination during delivery phases, structuring work, and optimising workflows to improve task clarity, feedback loops, and delivery predictability. I worked towards establishing a learning and collaborative culture on the teams, mentored peers, and was involved in hiring for a variety of roles (frontend engineers, UX/UI designers, leadership, and teachers).Alongside this work, I run a coaching practice for tech and creative professionals, focused on role transitions, leadership development, and communication skills. This informs how I build feedback cultures and support teams in working with clarity, accountability and psychological safety.Currently open to delivery and team leadership roles, as well as freelance engagements that require cross-functional coordination and team-level improvement.
