Oversee program and budget to provide in-home care and support groups for survivors:• Assess level of care required and oversee implementation• Input and update survivor information in C. C. Diamond System• Review survivor monthly claims and maintain budget• Set up and manage internal tracking and compliance • Assist with CC audit and follow up• Produce budget estimate for upcoming year• Write grant proposal for upcoming year• Act as survivor advocate: interfacing with agencies to find funding opportunities for special needs• Organize and run quarterly Holocaust Survivor Advisory Committee meetings to review policy and funding changes• Attend Holocaust support group meetings/celebrations • Continue professional education through monthly web-based seminars• Represent WJCS at networking events run by the Blue Card and the Claims Conference • Coordinate with National Holocaust Memorial and Museum Archivist
