ABOUT TANIA SWANI
Hi, I\'m Tania. Currently entering my final year at the University of Texas at Austin, I\'m pursuing a major in Finance and a minor in Management through the McCombs School of Business. Over the past three years, I am proud to have been an active member of my community. From being Vice President of my business fraternity to Director of Sisterhood for my sorority, my passion lies in leading and motivating diverse teams. I come from an international background spanning three continents, with my parents being career expats. Embracing my Danish heritage, I just concluded my study abroad at Copenhagen Business School (CBS), focusing on courses like Innovation Management, Financial Derivatives and their Applications, Behavioral Finance, and Advanced Topics in International Business in Asia. CBS’s focus on sustainability and problem-solving has significantly broadened my international perspective. Living, working, and learning in a foreign country has ingrained in me traits of adaptability and resiliency. In addition to my academic journey, I have held various internships and job roles. I\'ve interned in Operations for a new wing of a Fortune 50 company, and had experience in Sales for a luxury jewelry store in Houston. Additionally, my role as a University Ambassador for SoulCycle has deepened my passion for health and wellness, and increased my repertoire in project management. I\'m proud of my wide-reaching experiences, and hope to bring the skills acquired along the way into a full-time position upon graduation.
