ABOUT TANIA PALFREY
I have the determination and ability to learn new skills, I work well and enjoy being part of a team and have the capability to be imaginative. I am able to present a broad level of achievement, commitment and care in the work that I do and I am very hard working and enjoy new challenges that may arise. I have many years experience of working in the legal sector, but now I have found that I really enjoy HR and all the challenges that come with it. I am passionate about my role and really want to excel in this area of work and progress further and further along the career ladder. I have a passion for HR and have really found a career that I am interested in and that I find challenging. No two days are ever the same, I learn something new most days, I get to help and support staff when needed and it makes me happy that people feel they can come and talk to me. I\'m a massive advocate for Mental Health, undertaking a course in that area and studying Counselling Skills to achieve more experience in this area to help support staff.
