Lead, manage, and deliver change in complex programs and large-scale organizational transition. As an industrial/organizational psychologist, I apply knowledge of human behavior and dynamics at work, to support employee performance and success in the workplace. Trained at the California School of Professional Psychology (now Alliant International University), earning a Master\'s Degree in Organizational Psychology, Ph.D candidacy, and completing all graduate/doctoral coursework, at which point I opted to focus on career growth and to take on unique consulting engagements.
