Tania is an accomplished HR executive with a proven track record of developing and executing data-driven, outcome-oriented talent strategies. With deep industry expertise, she has held senior HR leadership roles at top financial institutions, including Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan. Recently, she pivoted to a FinTech company in the alternative credit space for the the opportunity to build and scale the people function and strategy from the ground up.She is a culture carrier, skilled relationship manager, strategic advisor, and thought partner with a uniquely versatile and diverse skill set. Her background spans large organizations as well as smaller companies with developing human capital strategies and infrastructure, and she also has international work experience. Data-driven and outcome-oriented, she believes a strong people strategy is one of the best business strategies and a firm’s greatest competitive advantage.She is now the Global Head of HR at Pagaya, publicly traded financial technology company headquartered in NYC, who is working to reshape the lending marketplace by using sophisticated AI-driven analysis to expand loan access and origination while creating investment opportunities for institutional capital investors.Tania was most recently at J.P. Morgan where she was the Head of Human Resources for a variety of different business lines. Before this, Tania served more than 15 years in human capital roles across Financial Services, most notably at Goldman Sachs where in addition to various HR leadership roles, she was also the Head of Campus Recruiting and was tapped for a Short-Term Assignment in Bangalore, India to build out the entry level talent strategy.Tania is also a passionate supporter of military veterans and serves as a mentor to those transitioning from active duty into the civilian workforce, providing career coaching, interview preparation.
