ABOUT TANIA KHURANA

A legal assistant with research and writing skills with over 6 months of experience in litigation and with a deep interest in Corporate LawCurrently enrolled into different diploma courses, to upgrade my legal skills.I have written numerous articles during my graduate studies on a variety of subjects, including the need for reforms in laws pertaining to sports law, e-commerce, its privacy, and protection, how changes to the Negotiable Instrument Act may benefit or harm citizens, and other topics that are listed below in the publications section. One of these articles was also cited in The Hindu Business Line, The Article of RTI titled as Transparency in Judiciary under RTI, a welcome move on November 14, 2019.Being a law student it was always my goal to upskill myself through practical exposure, that’s why during my 5 years course I did various internships with different lawyers and law firms. This gave me a wider aspect in relation with law. I was able to experience the practicality of law which can only be learned in the arena of court rooms.Being a first generation legal professional in this profession, I am always trying to learn and experience something new in order to upgrade my skills.I like writing on different topics and also dance in one of my hobbies which I keep on practicing as I get some time from my schedule. Being an animal lover, I like spending times at shelter homes and with stray animals.Aside from my legal background, I can assist with managing websites where I can write blogs and other content about legal and non-legal topics.
