ABOUT TANIA JAREEN
As a little girl, growing up in Bangladesh, I loved to play with STEM toys and dreamed of pursuing a career in STEM. I enjoyed leading a debate team in middle school, where I learned the importance of asking thoughtful questions and practicing respectful, active listening. Throughout my journey, from childhood to real-world engineering experiences, I have been fortunate to learn, achieve, and remain humbled. I have found joy in helping others grow and making a positive impact as a leader.I get excited when I come across leadership opportunities that allow me to manage and guide a team toward making a meaningful difference.
