ABOUT TANIA EASTON

Tania is a dedicated youth and family advocate with over 15 years of experience spanning roles in education, social work, and community development. She has worked closely with foster youth, children with special needs, adolescents, youth of all ages along with their family\'s providing education, advocacy, and resources. Her background includes developing curriculum, managing classrooms and budgets, facilitating parenting groups, conducting home assessments, supervising staff, and supporting students\' academic and behavioral needs. Tania is trained in trauma-informed care, behavior management, and community outreach. She has demonstrated a passion for empowering youth, strengthening families, and building community partnerships. Most recently, Tania serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships with The Georgetown Project. In this role, she cultivates relationships with community leaders, organizations, and resources to increase access to resources and support for families in need. Her goal is to drive systems change through collaboration and ensure families struggling receive compassionate, holistic care.
