ABOUT TANIA DORMAN
I am the Headteacher of Regency High School, a special school that supports over 300 pupils with cognition and learning needs, as well as other SEND, in Worcester. With more than 20 years of experience in special education and a decade of leadership as a headteacher, I am passionate about providing high-quality, inclusive education for students with complex needs. I focus on creating a supportive and ambitious environment for both students and staff. As a headteacher, I’m increasingly involved in leadership beyond my school, working with others to improve practices and outcomes for students with additional needs.Outside of work, I have a daughter and a husband who mean the world to me. I have a deep love for the arts and enjoy embracing all that life has to offer.
