I\'m a Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist with fourteen years of experience supporting recruiters and hiring leaders by building strong, reliable candidate pipelines, across clinical, technical, and cross-functional positions. I\'ve sourced at both the student and early-career level all the way through Directors and C-suite. I\'m easily adaptable and do extensive research on any role that I\'m sourcing for to understand the nuances of that position - no one-size-fits-all approaches! While I don\'t have a technical background, I\'ve comfortably and successfully sourced tech talent,(Product Managers, Software Engineers, Data Analysts, etc). I also have extensive experience managing various ATS platforms (Workday, Avature, Jobvite), running multi-channel sourcing campaigns, owning candidate communication, interview coordination, and working with recruitment marketing teams to build an attractive employer brand.
