Led the Exemplar (Industry Benchmarking & External Research) workstream for TD\'s in-house consulting team. This newly formed team adopted BCG’s -agile project methodology, Front-to-Back (F2B), aimed at driving operational excellence through an integrated view between front, mid, and back-office functions.Exemplar is a research-driven workstream centered around the development of three key outputs: relevant market exemplars, industry benchmarking, and the creation of opportunity themes to shape the future state target for the strategic roadmap.Collaborated with multiple external vendors on research projects and strategic advisory, including Gartner, Forrester, BCG Consulting, and APQC Benchmarking, etc.Led Exemplar deliverables for five F2B operational excellence initiatives spanning the enterprise: 1) Finance Operations\' Period-End Close, 2) Enterprise Capital Management\'s Regulatory Reporting Process (i.e. BCAR, CCAR), 3) Third-Party Management\'s Source-to-Pay Process,4) Marketing\'s Campaign Management, 5) Canadian Personal Banking-Financial Crimes Risk Management\'s Investigations Process, 6) 2nd Line Review of AI Model Development, 7) Major Renovations Process, and 8) Corporate & Commercial Cash Management
