Tangela is the President & CEO of Trinity Strategic Consulting, Inc, an IT Consulting firm aligning the right IT Solutions with Business Needs for 20 years. She has 30 years of IT and Business experience with emphasis in IT professional staffing, program/project management, software development, cyber security, digital transformation, and education/training. During her career, she has worked in banking/finance, commercial real estate, retail, government, security services, non-profit and technology industries directing and supporting mergers/acquisitions initiatives and global business/IT programs/projects.As an Executive, Tangela often mentors CEOs, Executives and Key Employees, aiding them in managing their IT businesses and successes. Her background includes overall responsibility for staffing key IT resources. Tangela currently assists client companies with their information technology and cybersecurity needs, serving as an external consultant and trusted advisor. Tangela completed her MBA at the University of Phoenix and Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for Trinity Strategic Consulting, Inc, and Board of Directors for NAWBO Charlotte. She also serves on the Board of Advisors for Mitchell Community College and has served as a faculty member for the University of Phoenix and Mitchell Community College. She formerly served on the Board of Directors for Charlotte Area SHRM, Unique Caring Network, Unique Caring Foundation, and Chairman of the Board for Carolina Care Partnership. Tangela has been published in the Mecklenburg Times, Charlotte Business Journal, Charlotte Woman Magazine, and The Black Pages and interviewed by various other newspapers and publications. She has published an eBook, “If I Knew Then What I Know Now, An Entrepreneur’s Guide for Avoiding Costly and Dumb Business Mistakes”.
