ABOUT TANETTE WELSH

I have held a wide range of roles within the healthcare field, gaining experience across both clinical and administrative settings. My background includes working in back-office nursing support, front-office patient coordination, insurance verification, prior authorizations, and administrative operations. This diverse experience has allowed me to develop a comprehensive understanding of patient care workflows and healthcare system processes. In addition, I have worked on the payer side of healthcare, including managing pharmacy operations. In this role, I gained valuable insight into insurance coverage, Medicare reimbursement, and medication access. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work has been helping patients identify and secure financial assistance and grant programs to afford their medications. My greatest professional passion lies in the research industry. I am energized by all aspects of clinical research, including study start-up activities, source documentation development, regulatory management, quality assurance, patient interaction, laboratory processing, query resolution, vendor and CRO collaboration, CRA support, staff training, deviation reporting, and study close-out. I am deeply motivated by the role research plays in advancing healthcare and improving patient outcomes. I am naturally curious and committed to continuous learning, and clinical research provides the dynamic environment that fuels both my professional growth and personal fulfillment.
