ABOUT TANER SELIM

I am a seasoned software developer, problem solver and strategist. I am an expert in hi tech operational management and building and maintaining software at any scale for any type of enterprise. I\'ve worn many hats in my career in IT and software engineering - from web application development, desktop, algorithm design for specialized devices to graphics and game development. Software development has always been a passion for me and something I always want to be involved in regardless of job title. I was also in the founding team of one of Macedonias most successful software outsourcing companies Matrix, which I helped to grow from initially 3 people to 50 in 3 years. My actual experience has taught me that my professional value boils down to the following points: Be amongst the first to do something new. I have been producing web related products ever since web became popular: Adapt and integrate. I am a multi linguist in both communication and in technology. I am comfortable and have worked professionally with code in C++, PHP, Python and technologies like GML, Unreal Engine, and OpenGL. Coming from a mixed background, I speak several languages including English. An advantage that has helped me in many occasions reduce misunderstanding and missteps which are usually costly: Do not disregard anything. I am methodical with a keen eye for details: Multitasking is good to help you better understand the surrent state.
