As a licensed property manager in charge (PMIC) of an innovative and progressive professional property management and consulting company, I specialize in the management of vacation rentals, corporate housing, affordable housing, Senior housing; including LIHTC and HOME funded properties. I manage long and short term rentals including; single and multi-family units, as well as, upscale vacation and corporate rentals. I am highly credentialed and, most importantly, I am passionate about my work. In 2008, I received my property manager in charge license (PMIC) through the SC Real Estate Commission. In 2004, I received my Housing Development Finance Professional (HDFP) designation through the National Development Council and my Housing Certified Credit Professional (HCCP) designation through the National Homebuilder\'s Association in 2010. Additionally, I provide expertise in creating housing and community development solutions for property owners who utilize federal program funds such as HOME/CDBG from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.
