About Tanda McConnel
Accounting, Finance, and Project Controls professional with over 20 years experience and 15+ years in the Oil and Gas industry working for ConocoPhillips and EOG Resources. My experience ranges from accounting, audit (internal, external, and JV), financial analysis and project control management. I conducted international audits and am familiar with most aspects of the oil and gas industry on upstream, downstream, midstream, Commercial, large capital projects, etc. I’ve also been involved in COPAS several years, attended national meetings, and held positions as both the Secretary and President of the PASOSJB society. I am happily employed and love EOG and what I do. I’m not actively looking unless an amazing opportunity arose allowing me to relocate “home” to the Durango, CO or Farmington, NM area with mountains and lakes. Midland, TX is great but doesn’t have much for a skier! I’m a great team player, love a good challenge, solving problems, and growth opportunities that expand my knowledge and skillset. I should add that I have 4 amazing kids so I’m one busy mom!
