1) Work in close partnership with Print SO to set up, manage, maintain, and enhance solutions related to Print services, both internally and cross-functionally.(2) Make sure that the Supplier keeps all documents, such as Work Instructions (WI) and Knowledge Bases (KB), updated.(3) Keep track of and report on the Supplier’s performance in managing Incidents & Service Requests to Print SO using Excel / Basic PowerBI reports(4) Spot opportunities for improving services/processes and establish measures to fill these gaps.(5) Offer technical advice for queries or issues related to VPSX Solution.(6) Take an active role in and support new projects spearheaded by Print SO.(7) Participate in operational reviews and keep an eye on the supplier’s action tracker.(8) Ensure the removal of vulnerabilities on application servers and help in submitting Findings & Security Exceptions.(9) Promote the sharing of knowledge about the service within the team and with suppliers.(10) Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for escalation when internal customers face issues with the supplier.(11) Exploring methods for automating recurring tasks, such as utilizing Power Automate for dispatching reminder emails, or automatically saving scanned email attachments to SharePoint or MS Teams.(12) Organize join evaluation sessions with suppliers to ensure the cleanliness of CMDB.(13) Make sure that the application upgrade, sanity check, and application configuration changes proposed by the supplier teams are accompanied by comprehensive technical procedures and supporting evidence.
