ABOUT TANAYA GHUTKE

As an Assistant Manager - Process Manufacturing at Portescap, I apply my skills and knowledge in manufacturing process improvement, quality control, production planning, lean implementation, and new product development to deliver optimal solutions for the operations and manufacturing industry. I have over 4.6 years of experience in process engineering, validating and developing processes for various products and applications. I have contributed to multiple projects that enhanced the efficiency, productivity, and quality of the manufacturing processes, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and reduced costs. I graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from K.K.Wagh Institute of Engineering Education & Research in 2020, where I gained a strong foundation in electronics, communication, and programming. I also completed a summer internship at Yash Electro Arts, where I learned about designing and testing electronic circuits and systems. I am passionate about learning new technologies and techniques that can improve the manufacturing process and the quality of the products. I am motivated by the challenges and opportunities that the industry offers, and I aim to leverage my competencies and expertise to achieve excellence and innovation in my field.
