About Tanay Tandon
I worked at IBM Global Business Services for three years. During the span of these 3 years I worked on 2 major applications, one was for a major telecommunication client in the United States and the second was an in house project of IBM in the financial domain. I have been involved in the complete development of the life cycle of the application i.e. requirements till deployment. Working in the two teams helped me in honing my communication skills due to continuous interaction with clients. I developed the ability to to work in a team as well as independently, I also mentored two graduate hires and helped them integrate and work efficiently as a part of the application team.
