Collaborated closely with US clients as a Plumbing Design Engineer, responsible for outsourcing services provided by JB Everest.· Daily Planning of workload with Team per urgency of deliverables in Co-ordination with Project Manager.· Attending project meetings & calls as per project requirements.· Coordination with other trades (Electrical, Structure and Architecture) for Plumbing & firefighting spaces and requirements· Played a key role in designing plumbing systems for various residential and commercial projects, focusing on high-rise buildings.· Demonstrated expertise in managing storm and plumbing drainage collections, ensuring proper connectivity to civil sewage outlets & Coordinating with PM for civil reports.· Referring building civil plans for Static pressure required for design booster pump (Pump room) as per requirements.· Hot water return pipe sizing with circulating pump design till the boiler room provided.· Gas layout routing & pipe sizing as per IFGC code considering 2PSI pressure with 1Psi pressure drop for required equipment’s and as per standards.· Conducted thorough venting to public area & residential units adhering to relevant plumbing code standards such as IPC Plumbing Code and Uniform Plumbing Code. Utilized technical skills to comprehend and develop comprehensive 3D riser diagrams and detailed plumbing plans for internal toilets.· Delivering Permit set drawings to client for city permit as per the stages required from 30% progress set to 100% set with coordinated services.· Structure foundation coordination for below grade piping & generating reports for Stem walls, Furring wall, Sleeves needed for coordination · Fire Protection sprinkler system design as per the NFPA standards.
