ABOUT TANAY LAKHANI
I\'m a penultimate year BSc Economics and Finance student at the Queen Mary University of London and an Incoming Global Finance and Business Management Summer Intern at J.P. Morgan. My past experiences include a spring internship at EY\'s Tax department, where I gained valuable insights into tax operations at the firm. In addition to this, as the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Insights Digest and The Econ Chronicle alongside being an External Relations Officer for the Queen Mary Economics Society, I have developed strong analytical, leadership, and networking skills. Additionally, I have consulted for IBM on a Student Consultancy Project about AI and education, and I am passionate about financial markets, sustainability, and education. My experience includes serving as a Course Representative, where I liaise between students and faculty to enact change, and tutoring Maths and English at Explore Learning, supporting students up to the GCSE level. I founded and led a UNICEF Club, organizing events and campaigns to raise awareness about the effects of war on children. Furthermore, as President of the Eco Club, I led initiatives on environmental awareness and recycling. Fluent in English and Hindi along with a business proficiency in Spanish and Urdu, I enjoy the ability to interact with and adapt to different climates while engaging with numerous people.
